Helping other FIP cats in need has become my mission, so they can have a second chance at life with their family too.

AGGIE’S STORY

JUNE 2022

We got the devastating news. After spending 10 days in the ICU we finally got the news that Aggie was diagnosed with feline infectious peritonitis (FIP).

At just 10 months of age Aggie was in the fight for her life.

She was diagnosed with dry, ocular (going completely blind from severe uveitis due to the virus), neurological, and affecting her bone marrow causing her immune system to be completely destroyed by the FIP virus.

BUT THERE IS HOPE!

After 24 hours of starting treatment they were able to pull her feeding tube, she was eating on her own. After 17 days in hospital it was safe for her to finally return home. What an absolute miracle!

Her vision started to improve after 4-5 days and because of this treatment she has regained 100% of her vision back.

JANURARY 2023

Aggie was officially deemed cured of FIP and is now living proof that this treatment does work and is saving thousands of kitties lives every year.

Now she spends her time telling her story to help spread awareness and fundraising to give back and help other FIP cats in need.

Please view her blood work below, especially her before to see that it does not fit the typical blood work we would expect with FIP. Bringing awareness that FIP presents in all shapes and forms to hopefully show it is important not to rule out FIP to help diagnose more kitties earlier to help save them.
